Mrs. Tara Spillers returns to 皇冠体育官网 as a 3rd grade teacher. Mrs. Spillers is from Macon and received her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia. She taught 1st grade at Crawford County Elementary and 皇冠体育官网, and she has served as an elementary aide at 皇冠体育官网. She and her husband Brandan have four children: Gavin, ’24, Ava, a rising junior, Levi, a rising 8th grader, and Vanna, a rising 6th grader. In her spare time, Mrs. Spillers keeps busy teaching student Bible classes at church, singing on the praise team, and creating digital media content for services and events. Outside of church, you can find her at a field or court watching her kids play softball, football, basketball, baseball, and track. She also enjoys painting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Mrs. Spillers is thrilled God has called her back to the 皇冠体育官网 classroom. “Education with a Biblical worldview was a top priority when our family looked for schools for our children years ago. Early on, it was apparent that 皇冠体育官网’s spiritual emphasis, curriculum, and overall culture greatly exceeded our expectations,” Mrs. Spillers said. “We’ve been a Viking family for 14 years now. Our family is forever blessed by our 皇冠体育官网 experience. Now, having an 皇冠体育官网 graduate, I greatly value the lifelong, Godly impact that teachers, coaches, and administrators continue to have on him. I’m excited to be rejoining Viking Nation and getting the opportunity to impact other Viking families the same way that we have been impacted.”
