Annual technology fee

3K, Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten: $350 per year ($29.17 per month for 12 months)
Grades 1-4: $525 per year ($43.75 per month for 12 months)
Grades 5-12: $700 per year ($58.33 per month for 12 months)

A family who enrolls/re-enrolls their child(ren) for the academic year commits to pay tuition and technology fees in accordance with the following schedule. (Dates based on the year of enrollment/re-enrollment)

Based on date of withdrawal
March 1 – May 31: 10% of annual tuition and technology fee
June 1 – Day before 1st day of school: 25% of annual tuition and technology fee
Start of school – End of 1st quarter: 40% of annual tuition and technology fee
1st day of 2nd quarter – End of 2nd quarter: 75% of annual tuition and technology fee
1st day of 3rd quarter – End of school year: 100% of annual tuition and technology fee

Exceptions to the withdrawal policy

• If a family is required to move more than sixty (60) miles from the 皇冠体育官网 campus, the family’s financial responsibility for the payment of tuition and fees may be reduced. Such a request should be submitted, accompanied by documented proof of requirement to move, via email or letter to the Business Office. Email to Terri Newberry at terri.newberry@3588612.com.
• If a family applies for 皇冠体育官网 tuition assistance and does not receive a sufficient award amount, the family’s financial responsibility for the payment of tuition and fees may be reduced, presuming that the family applies for assistance within the published target dates, and the family notifies the 皇冠体育官网 business office of the decision to withdraw within ten (10) days after the award notification.
• Withdrawals for any other reason do not warrant a reduction in the family’s annual tuition/fee expectation.

1. 2. 皇冠体育官网 Tuition Assistance: 皇冠体育官网 offers a tuition assistance program (TAP) to help families who share the school’s values and academic expectations, and can demonstrate a legitimate financial need, bridge the gap between the cost of an 皇冠体育官网 education and the amount the family can pay. 3. Georgia GOAL Scholarship: The Greater Opportunities for Access in Learning (GOAL) Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to qualifying students who are transferring from public school, or who have homeschooled for a minimum of one year. Funding for GOAL Scholarships is generated through gifts earmarked for 皇冠体育官网 through the Georgia’s Education Expense Credit law (2008), which is designed to provide Georgia families with better educational opportunities for their children. If you are interested in a GOAL scholarship for your child, submit a 皇冠体育官网 tuition assistance application, and insert your interest in GOAL in the comments portion of the application.
4. Learning to Serve Scholarship: The Learning to Serve Scholarship (LTS) provides financial assistance to qualifying students who are transferring from public school, or who have homeschooled for a minimum of one year. Funding for LTS Scholarships is generated through gifts earmarked for 皇冠体育官网 through the Georgia’s Education Expense Credit law (2008) that is designed to provide Georgia families with better educational opportunities for their children. The Learning to Serve Scholarship blends financial need with a student’s service. In addition to qualifying for 皇冠体育官网 need based assistance, LTS recipients are asked to submit an essay detailing their service experience. If you are interested in a LTS scholarship for your child, submit a 皇冠体育官网 tuition assistance application, and insert your interest in LTS in the comments portion of the application.
5. Christian Ministry Discount: As a way to thank those who serve in full time, vocational ministerial roles in our community, 皇冠体育官网 offers a 33% discount for full-time employees of our local churches and Christian service organizations. 6. Georgia Promise Scholarship:  Signed into law in 2024 through Senate Bill 233, the Georgia Promise Scholarship Program is an education choice program aimed at providing eligible students with the opportunity to use public funds for non-public education expenses in grades K-12. Your child’s scholarship amount may be as much as $6,500 for the 2025-26 school year. Families of eligible students must reside in an area that is designated as ‘low performing school’ and meet certain financial requirements. If you are interested in Georgia Promise Scholarship for your child,  apply online through a separate application at Georgia Promise Scholarship.

The enrollment deposit is $400 (first child) and $200 (each additional child)

The enrollment deposit is a non-refundable prepayment of the tuition for the academic year in which your child is enrolling and holds a place at 皇冠体育官网 for your child.  The enrollment deposit is due within ten days of your child’s acceptance to 皇冠体育官网.

A 529 plan is an IRS authorized, tax-advantage savings plan, that can help you pay for your child’s K-12 education. You can pay for up to $10,000 per year toward your child’s K-12 tuition expenses, both federal and Georgia tax-free. Go to http://www.path2college529.com/ for more information. As a way to thank those who serve in ministerial roles in our community, 皇冠体育官网 is now offering an automatic 33% discount for full-time employees for our local churches and Christian service organizations. In addition, these employees may also apply for need-based tuition assistance beyond the 33% and will receive priority review.
